All the hats.
All the heart.

Untangling the chaos so creativity can thrive.

Strategist, connector, collaborator — wearing the right hats at the right time to help creative teams and clients define the work, map the plan, and turn concepts into impact with momentum, clarity, and a touch of magic.

Meet Hollie

Wigwam Creative

I oversaw project timelines and studio workflow to ensure on-time delivery and maintain team momentum, while coordinating freelance talent from initial outreach through project completion.

Key contributions:

  • Managed client relationships and kept projects on track across multiple teams.

  • Coordinated freelancers and studio workflow, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Contributed to a positive, collaborative office culture, supporting team cohesion and productivity.

Giving back to my community has always brought me joy, and I’ve been fortunate to serve in several volunteer leadership roles that connect families and organizations. At Ponca Elementary School, I’ve supported teachers and parents for four years, first as PTA Secretary and then as PTO President. During that time, I helped lead the organization through a major transition from a PTA to a PTO while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students and their families. I’ve also served on the Community Advisory Board for Uta Halee Girls Village, supporting at-risk girls and young women, and co-chaired the fundraising committee at Steele Cooperative Preschool. These experiences have deepened my love for collaboration and service.

At heart, I’m very much an Enneagram Two, guided by a deep desire to connect, support, and uplift others. I’m married to a talented Creative Director, and together we’re raising two thoughtful, goofy kids (who keep us endlessly curious about the world). Our family also includes a twelve-year-old hound dog named Roscoe, who regularly acts like a toddler. When I’m not volunteering or working, I love getting lost in a good book, adventuring with my family, and enjoying a cup of coffee (…or a fun seasonal treat, when it feels right).
