A little about me…

I didn’t set out to become “the operations person.”

My path here wasn’t linear. I’ve built teams in direct sales, worked in professional kitchens where timing matters, managed projects inside growing creative agencies, and served in volunteer leadership roles supporting community organizations.

Each role looked different on paper.
What they shared was complexity.

People to coordinate. Expectations to manage. Revenue or resources at stake. Moving parts that had to work together.

When I stepped into my role at Tekwani, project & account management were the job. Defining project scope, managing timelines, and handling client communication. But I found myself thinking beyond the individual project.

How does this timeline affect team capacity next month?
What patterns are we repeating that are slowing us down?
Are we building something sustainable, or just getting by?

I love creative thinking. I love mission-driven work.
But what I love most is helping good people do their work without unnecessary friction.

Community Leadership & Stewardship

After more than a decade in Colorado, our family chose to return to Nebraska and put down roots in the Ponca Hills of North Omaha. Living here, overlooking the Missouri River and river valley, has deepened my appreciation for the history, resilience, and interconnectedness of
this community.

For the past five years, I’ve intentionally invested my time in local leadership and nonprofit
work. I’ve served in PTO leadership, helped develop and present annual operating budgets, supported event planning and volunteer coordination, and contributed to organizations like
Uta Halee Girls Village.

These roles may be volunteer-based, but I approach them with the same level of ownership and commitment I bring to my professional work.
I care about sustainability, clear communication, responsible stewardship of resources, and creating environments where people feel heard, supported, and effective.

Community work keeps me connected. It sharpens my perspective and reinforces something I deeply believe: strong organizations, whether nonprofits, schools, or businesses, are built by people who show up consistently, take ownership, and work well together.
